Even if Doctor A didn't recognize the test results when he wrote the medical information provision, he could have told Doctor D by the time she saw a psychiatrist. Because even though he found out late indisputably that he knew by February 22nd.

There is no evidence in the files that Doctor A told Doctor D about the test results.

Attachment of the final report files(2) P.46

Doctor D heard from the immigration facility staff that  "she was complaining about her physical and mental disorders when she heard from her supporters from outside the facility that "if you get sick you can get Temporary release" .

As one possibility, Doctor D thought she was malingering.

※ According the “visited book”(of the final report files) there is no evidence that her supporter told her this information.

Staff from the immigration facility warned the Doctor that the patient could be  malingering, but they didn't disclose the urine test results.
