The words on the final report files "at about 9:10~9:24am" "changed her underwear".
If these words are the same and indicate a situation, she was in a coma at about 9:10~9:24am, she was in a physical crisis.
The prison guard said "hi, are you getting the drug's effect?" in this situation.
I think it is a malicious way to check for the patient’s survival.
But, the only punishment for executives was admonition.
I think the immigration facility and the Ministry of Justice and Japan's government are crazy.
I wonder if Japanese society is on the brink of collapse.
